obviosly, you kno nothing about the Bible. it dos not deny that carbon exists, or dna. God criated them wen He criated them to giv us form, an alowed us to see them so we woud b able to think on how He has desined the world so that we mite live.
in fact, if u want to see prof of God's existince, think on how all of the bilding blocks of dna are all 'left-handed' so they can fit together? tht they just naturly fit together? now THATS faith.
Proof is evidence of truth.
How much evidence do you need to accept proof?
One book?
One priest?
One line in a pseudo-scientific magazine that can be bought next to Hustler and Cottage Life?
Or, how about hundreds of years of questions, tests, comparisons, changes, updates, reviews, experiments...
If science were based on one book or one paper, it would be as equally refutable. It is not, however.
So, before you post another distinguished rant and bible-quote, try to coem up with something with your own mind that actually covers the issues, elicited here and everywhere else in the blog-world, science world, etc, and try to wrap your head around the fact that you are an animal. You will die. you will rot. I will die. I will rot. So will the bird at my window. So will the frog by the lake. So will every living entitiy today and forever.
And to assert that somebody doesnt know something, as you did, is a shady exercise in ignorance. I do, in fact, know more than you realize about your fiction novel, and if you put down your crusading chritian ways you may find love and morality and REALity outside of that one ficticious book.
Try it.
Biology works because it does. If it didnt, we would not be here to discuss it. Not random, but rigorously chaotic driven change.

you're "proofs" show no truths, just the arogance of the scintific elite. how offten do scintific "truths" change? all the time. a cople decades ago, the world was cooling and we wre going to die in a ice age. now its warming? how many decades of "proof" showed tht the earth was the center of the univers? you're "proofs" are just geusses. Truth can only com from God.

LEts take a giant leap back: do you believe in Zeus? Thor? If yes, you believe in things that are absolutely known to be fale and fictional. If no, then you are atheist to 'some' gods. There have been many sotries, irrespective of the biological and genetic terms flaunted about by young-earth creationists, and the jesus-god one is just the one that culture is now realizing is false. Thousands of years from now, it will be a laughable context. Tens of years from now, it will be a divergence between the intellectual and the faithful. One year form now we will still have young-earth books in our science stores. It will change with a growth of knolwedge.

You stated that scientists used to think that EArth was the centre of the univers and that was a known truth. WEll, your history and research fails you because it is actually an argument in favour of the scientific method and one which attacks religious confinement of ideas: Religion told us that Earth was the centre of the universe. Science took us out of that msconception. It was SCIENCE that illuminated reality and eliminated yet another false idea perpetually forced by religions. It was SCIENCE that spoke up and made insecure religious apologists fear that they were a little les important thatn they thought they were. SCIENCE took a stand and tried to understand, religion takes a stand and triues to push an aged, old story.
Religion teaches blind followng. Science teaches open eyes awareness, and through said awareness ideas, understanding and reality has been a pleasing piece of knowledge. If we were to continue to crusade in the name of jesus, we would be hunting and burning innocent females and children, enslaving foreign peoples and murdering our neighbours ('neighbours' itself in biblical terms refers only to males, for females are not worthy of a neighbour namesake). Jesus brought hate, and hate is perpetually forced through his name. It is science, or, rather, the scientific method, that has given us ideas of nature, allowed us to understand, and that awareness and understanding enacts a reality that there is no mythical creature in the sky beating a drum and hearing our prayers. Just like you dont believe in Allah, Zeus, or any of the myriad entities given godly stature by earlier (temporally) cultures, many dont believe in your jesus-god.
There is a biological and scientific side to this tha tI have forced myslef to stray from . I have tried to keep my comments purely philosophical and historical.
Perhaos if people understood the biology, the geology, and the anthropology a little bit more then concversations could be based on reality...just a little more.
Proof, to end, is subjective. How much proof can one book offer.If you believe in medicine, if you believe in germ theory, if you believe in taking drugs when you are sick, getting a flu shot, then you by default 'believe' in evolution, it just scares you and you are not educated enough to understand the implications of what is happening.

i supose its good your a science teacher, not history, as u kno nothing abowt it. the Men of God only beleved that the earth was the center of the univers becuz the scientists told them so. THE BIBLE DOSN'T SAY THAT. they were lyed to an deceeved. God willing, we hav lerned, and now trust the Bible wich says the son came first, befor the earth.
